The customer agrees to a 1-year residential bi-weekly waste collection service agreement with Pro Waste Inc.

Pro Waste Inc will provide bi-weekly residential waste collection service to the customers service address provided on their registration form for Pro Waste Inc.  

‍

Pro Waste Inc service sharing is not aloud. Customers may not share services with neighbors.  

‍

The customer agrees to follow all instructions and guidelines set out by Pro Waste Inc for this residential waste collection service.

‍

10 bag limits for regular size garbage bags. 5 bag limits if using extra-large or contractor size bags.

‍

The customer must keep all waste in tied off garbage bags under 20 lbs.

‍

Pro Waste Inc will bill the customer $23.81 for the remaining months of the term. Plus, Alberta 5% G.S.T.  

‍

Service is transferable if the customer moves within the Pro Waste service area. (No charge)

‍

The customer will be charged the remaining balance of the contract if the customer ends the contract early.  

‍

Written notice by letter or email is required to end Pro Waste Inc service or the contract will continue into another 1-year service agreement if no notice is given to Pro Waste Inc from the customer.

‍

Pro Waste Inc may end this service agreement at any time with the customer if they are not following guidelines set out by Pro Waste Inc or if the customer fails to provide payment for service.

All terms and conditions are subject to Pro Waste Inc discretion.
